細(xì)小病毒B19檢測(cè)包括擴(kuò)增結(jié)構(gòu)性O(shè)RF編碼次要衣殼蛋白VP1的*區(qū)域并測(cè)量熒光增加。細(xì)小病毒B19的存在由FAM熒光團(tuán)熒光生長(zhǎng)指示。內(nèi)標(biāo)（IS）包含在反應(yīng)混合物中，控制可能的PCR抑制（ISIN版本）或排除，同時(shí)控制DNA提取過(guò)程質(zhì)量（ISEX版本）。在HEX熒光團(tuán)熒光通道中檢測(cè)到IS陽(yáng)性擴(kuò)增。檢測(cè)試劑盒利用“熱啟動(dòng)”技術(shù)，大限度地減少非特異性反應(yīng)并確保大靈敏度。準(zhǔn)備使用MasterMix含有尿嘧啶-DNA-糖基化酶（UDG），消除了擴(kuò)增產(chǎn)物可能污染PCR。該套件是專為體外診斷并提供定性和定量檢測(cè)。
