2'-O-Me sensitive RT-KTQ DNA Polymerase Mutant

2'-O-Me 敏感的 RT-KTQ DNA 聚合酶突變體

對(duì)分析 DNA 或 RNA 修飾感興趣？然后，這種 DNA 聚合酶可以簡(jiǎn)化您對(duì)此類修飾的位點(diǎn)特異性分析。對(duì) 2'- O -Me 敏感的 DNA 聚合酶進(jìn)行了工程改造，可催化 DNA 和 RNA 的 DNA 合成，并通過(guò)實(shí)時(shí) PCR 定量從 RNA 位點(diǎn)特異性地核苷酸的2'- O -甲基化。

2'- O -Me 敏感 DNA 聚合酶以含有甘油的 5 µM 溶液形式提供，并與 10x 反應(yīng)緩沖液一起提供。

當(dāng)添加合適的染料時(shí)，該酶還可用于實(shí)時(shí)循環(huán)，例如 GreenDye (#2000)
