The Rheumatoid Factor Screen by ORGENTEC allows for the reliable screening for rheumatoid factors (RF). The isolated and quantitative screening of the individual RF immunoglobulin classes can be carried out with our Rheumatoid Factor IgG, Rheumatoid Factor IgM and Rheu- matoid Factor IgA ELISAs. 

Rheumatoid factor is the best-known diagnostic marker for rheumatoid arthritis and is one of the current ACR classification criteria for the disease. The ELISA test systems for the differentiation of the various rheumatoid factor classes use exclusively human Fc fragments as antigen. Therefore, a homologous measure- ment is available for both the isolated confirmation of the individual rheumatoid factor isotypes and for screening for rheumatoid factor. 

For more extensive serological diagnosis, for monitoring treatment progress, and for the early diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis we recom- mend our Anti-MCV ELISA or ? especially for point-of-care diagnosis ? the rheumachec? rapid test. 

The rapid test rheumachec? supports point-of-care RA diagnosis by combined detection of Rheumatoid Factor and antibodies against mutated citrullinated vimentin, Anti-MCV?. (LinkOut)
